Animated PNG

Support for animated PNG images

Note: Animated PNG is backwards compatible with PNG, and the first frame will be shown (or used to make a thumbnail) by PNG-only apps. Other frames are stored very similarly to first-frame PNG, but the rectangles can be smaller and transparency can be used for inter-frame optimization: http://littlesvr.ca/apng/inter-frame.html Implementation is expected to be small, and would mostly rely on existing libpng to extract the frames.
