Remove Non-ASCII Case-insensitive equivalents for ASCII keywords (removed)

For ASCII keywords that are ASCII case-insensitive and contain an S or a K letter, remove the possibility to substitute these letters with Unicode characters U+017F LATIN SMALL LETTER LONG S or U+212A KELVIN SIGN respectively. For example: <link rel="ſtylesheet"> <font color="blacK">
